If your package has no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days, we will arrange for a replacement shipment. Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Processing Time: Orders typically require 4-6 business days for processing. This period includes order verification, packing, and preparation for dispatch. Processing time is separate from shipping time and may be extended during peak periods.

Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched by our shipping partner. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package is on its way.

Order Cancellation

Unclaimed Orders

Prime Gem Essentials is not responsible for packages returned due to refusal, non-claim, or incorrect/incomplete addresses. If you identify an address error in your confirmation email, please notify us promptly at info@primegemessentials.com Once an order is processed, address changes cannot be made.

We generally do not offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged product, please submit clear photographs of the item, packaging, and your order details to info@primegemessentials.com for review and resolution.
